Dreamfields Pasta ~ A Review

Remember this box of pasta I got in the mail?

Dreamfields is a delicious pasta with about the same high fiber as whole wheat pasta (5 grams; 20% of the daily recommendation), fewer digestible carbs and a lower glycemic index than traditional pasta. Its delectable taste and nutritional benefits make it a healthful option for people with diabetes and a flavorful, nourishing pasta for the entire family.
Our family eats lots of pasta!!!  I just love pasta and rice in dishes!  I used the Dreamfields Rotini pasta to make spaghetti.

I cooked the pasta by the directions and it came out perfect.

I them added some homemade spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese.  I had some leftover cornbread so I sliced it, buttered it and used lots of garlic then toasted it.

We all enjoyed the taste and texture of the pasta.

With only 5 grams of digestible carbohydrates per serving and with a 65% lower GI than traditional pasta, Dreamfields is a healthy pasta option to help people with diabetes manage post-meal blood glucose levels when included as part of an overall healthful eating plan. However, because Dreamfields is high in fiber and low in carbohydrates, it’s a healthy pasta option for everyone in the family. Plus, with all the taste and texture of traditional pasta, everyone will enjoy the meal.
Go check out  Dreamfields Pasta!  You will find it YUMMY!

**Dreamfields Pasta sent me the box of pasta for free so that I could review it.  The opinions expressed belong to me, Michelle Lee.  Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to try another great product!**
